Most tools forget you the moment the engagement ends. This one sends you a check.

A low AVS is not a low-quality verdict. AVS measures agency fit, white-label, multi-client, reselling. Standalone measures tool quality on its own terms.

The rubric scores behind the composite AVS. Five questions, scored one to five, weighted equally. A low AVS does not mean a weak tool. It means the tool is not built for agency use. Standalone quality is scored separately.

Use Cases

How Agencies Use It

Concrete ways agencies put Icanpreneur to work for client revenue inside a single retainer cycle.

01

Validation sprint as a productized offer

Spin up a workspace per client, import their deck or homepage, let Eva extract a Lean Canvas, and run synthetic interviews for a directional read. The four-to-six week engagement compresses to two-to-three weeks.

02

Positioning consultancy backbone

Use the buyer-persona research, positioning doc, landing-page copy, and sales-deck generation as deliverables in a billable positioning engagement. Outputs anchor to a real customer-interview corpus.

03

Strategic clarity layer for execution agencies

Run Icanpreneur in front of design or dev work to anchor the brief in a validated buyer persona. Doubles as a sales tool, show the prospect what you can do before the engagement starts.

04

Workspace handoff with trailing revenue

Tier 3's 1-click workspace transfer lets you complete the engagement, hand the keys to the client, and collect a 15% revenue share for the first 12 months if they convert to a paid plan.

05

Multilingual positioning for international clients

Native support for 57 languages, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, German, and the rest. Useful for agencies whose client roster reaches beyond English-speaking markets.

Billing

Client Billing Angle

Where Icanpreneur sits on a client invoice. Onboarding fee, retainer line item, and the price points to anchor against.

  • Resell model

Tier 3's 15% revenue share for 12 months is the closest thing to reseller economics today. Transfer the workspace to the client at engagement end (1-click); when they convert to a paid plan, you collect the share for a year. The founder framed it as agency partnership in the interview. True per-seat reselling isn't supported yet.

  • Internal savings

Compresses the synthesis step that used to bleed unbillable hours, typically 8 to 10 hours per engagement turning raw interview notes into a defensible positioning thesis. At standard agency rates that's roughly $1,500 to $2,000 of recovered margin per validation sprint.

  • Bundle angle

Sell the validation sprint as the anchor to a larger GTM retainer. The persona, positioning, and landing-page outputs become the brief for ongoing design and dev work. Icanpreneur is the strategy layer, the agency is the execution layer.

Gotchas

Watch Out For

Three gotchas that break the pitch if you discover them mid-deployment. Verify each one before the kickoff call.

  • 1

White-label is a promise, not a feature. Customer-facing interview interface is being white-labeled 'as we speak' for the agency tier. Today, the platform runs under the Icanpreneur brand. Verify the timing before pitching reseller positioning.

  • 2

Integration gap is intentional, not temporary. The platform is self-contained by design. No public API, no Zapier listing, no webhook layer. API access is case-by-case. Plan to copy outputs into your delivery system by hand.

  • 3

Tier 1 is unusable for agency work. One workspace at a time means archiving a client's work to start the next engagement. Tier 2 minimum if you're running concurrent engagements. Tier 3 if you want the workspace-transfer and revenue-share features.

  • 4

The 15% revenue share has a 12-month tail. Generous in absolute terms but not perpetual. Don't build pricing models that assume referral income continues past year one. That revenue stops at month 13.

Deploy

Implementation Checklist

Walk this list before you put Icanpreneur in front of a client. It is the difference between a smooth deploy and a Friday afternoon support thread.

  • Buy Tier 3, only tier with workspace-transfer and 15% revenue-share features.
  • Set up your master agency account and connect LinkedIn for interview sourcing.
  • Build a template starter workspace with your standard buyer-persona interview script.
  • For each new client, create a fresh workspace and import their deck, homepage, or notes.
  • Run synthetic interviews as a Day 1 directional read. Treat as hypothesis, not conclusion.
  • Schedule 5 to 10 real customer interviews using the AI-led interview links.
  • Generate the persona, positioning doc, landing page, and sales deck once the real corpus is in.
  • Hand off the workspace to the client at engagement end (1-click) to trigger the revenue share.
  • Multilingual workspace generation lets you run validation in the client's local language, useful for agencies whose roster reaches beyond English-speaking markets.NEW
