DM Champs

The first Buy on the AFA leaderboard — and the cleanest LTD-to-SaaS reseller play we've scored.

AVS Score
4.8/ 5

A low AVS is not a low-quality verdict. AVS measures agency fit, white-label, multi-client, reselling. Standalone measures tool quality on its own terms.

How Agencies Use It

Concrete ways agencies put DM Champs to work for client revenue inside a single retainer cycle.

01

White-Label Sales-Agent SaaS Line

White-Label Sales-Agent SaaS Line · Buy Tier 5 or Tier 6, brand DM Champs as your agency's AI sales agent, set your own pricing tiers, and sell to your existing client base. Custom Payment Provider webhooks handle the billing without the vendor in the middle. Your domain, your login, your invoices. The LTD becomes a SaaS business.

02

International High-Ticket Booking

Deploy for clinics, coaches, consultants, and high-ticket service businesses where the close happens in DMs. The AI replaces the contact form with a WhatsApp conversation that books consultations inside the chat. Sohaib's flagship clinic case went from $5M to $10M in a year on this exact mechanic.

03

Customer Support Reply Acceleration

The same conversational engine handles support flows — refund triage, order-status lookups via Custom Functions hitting Shopify, escalation routing to a human. Agencies running customer-success retainers deploy DM Champs for sales-and-support inside one client tenant. 15-second response time, 15% close rate cited.

04

Local-Service Lead Capture and Booking

Real estate, automotive, dentists, salons, home services. The native Google Calendar booking flow (AI proposes times inside chat instead of sending a link) is the differentiator. Configure hours, services, and follow-up cadence in 15 minutes per client during setup.

Billing

Client Billing Angle

Where DM Champs sits on a client invoice. Onboarding fee, retainer line item, and the price points to anchor against.

  • Resell model

Productize as a white-label SaaS line. Set your own pricing ($199 to $999 per month per client), client pays the agency directly via Custom Payment Provider webhooks, agency keeps 100% of margin. Cost of goods is the LTD spread across tenants — at Tier 5 with 20 clients, ~$30 per client per month amortized.

  • Internal savings

Bundle inside existing retainers as the response-velocity layer. 15-second response time, 15% close rate on inbound DMs. Agencies running paid-ads retainers ($2,500–$10,000 per month) absorb the seat cost and deliver same-day follow-up to all client leads.

  • Bundle angle

Include as part of the customer-success or paid-acquisition retainer where the deliverable is 24-hour response SLA + booked appointments rather than the tool itself. Sell the outcome, not the seat.

Gotchas

Watch Out For

Three gotchas that break the pitch if you discover them mid-deployment. Verify each one before the kickoff call.

  • 1

Follow-up engineering is still maturing The first version of the follow-up system had to be pulled because users sent too many automated WhatsApp messages and got their numbers reported. The rebuild ships per-contact local-time windows and a strict-US TCPA mode, but configure carefully and soft-launch before scaling.

  • 2

No deep native CRM connectors yet HubSpot, Pipedrive, and GoHighLevel are wireable via webhooks and Zapier, but DM Champs doesn't ship a one-click native CRM sync. Agencies that need native are watching the roadmap.

  • 3

Physical e-commerce is a soft spot Sohaib was candid that he doesn't see many physical e-comm users on the platform. If your client is a Shopify storefront selling physical goods at scale, validate the workflow before committing.

Deploy

Implementation Checklist

Walk this list before you put DM Champs in front of a client. It is the difference between a smooth deploy and a Friday afternoon support thread.

  • Buy Tier 5 ($599) for 20-40 client tenants, or Tier 6 ($999) for unlimited.
  • Set up your agency's white-label: custom domain, custom logo, custom product name, custom pricing tiers.
  • Configure the agency-branded payment link and login screen flow.
  • Set up Custom Payment Provider webhooks if you want billing without Stripe in the loop.
  • Create your first client sub-account; restrict features and hide pages to fit the client's scope.
  • Walk the client through the 15-minute setup wizard — upload document or website URL, review generated playbook, connect channels.
  • Configure follow-ups carefully: quick (<24h, AI-generated) and templated (>24h, smart placeholders). Set conservative caps.
  • Wire Google Calendar for native in-chat booking, or fall back to a Calendly link if preferred.
  • Test on a soft launch (one client, low volume) for one week before scaling.
  • Track for the AI-Powered Automation Builder (Zapier-style multi-step generated by AI, no flowchart wiring) shipping on the public roadmap. → Mark as new
